This special lacquer can be used as replacement of overlays on cards to reduce the manufacturing and/or card costs. The polish varnish is the last layer on the card before laminating. The resulting surface shows a highly mechanical and chemical resistance profile. Best effect is reached with the varnish is applied with mesh size of 77-55 Y PW up to 120-34 Y PW PET 1000.
