A refreshingly simple, yet brilliant effect, H.W. Sands’ Crumpled Aluminum inlays create a 3-Dimensional sparkle through the use of oversized, non-metallic glitter flakes.

This unique decorative effect can be incorporated into card construction layers to produce an attractive shimmer and shine that cannot be duplicated by standard printing methods.

The Crumpled Aluminum inlay is produced by pressing glitter material between two clear PVC sheets. Available in a Gloss or Matte finish, the Crumpled Aluminum PVC inlays can be supplied in multiple thicknesses as well.

Overprinting with High-Transparent Colored Inks on the Standard Silver Flake can make for superb illumination with color matching. H.W. Sands’ Crumpled Aluminum inlays also have a self-bonding capability to other PVC substrates and can withstand standard lamination techniques.
