Couture by Sands^®

H. W. Sands Corp. is excited to present another development in card construction materials with our newly Fabricated Couture by Sands^® product line!

This unique decorative effect can be incorporated into card layers to produce an attractive optical depth effect that really shimmers and cannot be duplicated by standard printing methods.

The fabric inlays are pressed between two clear vinyl over-lays.  They are available in 4 brilliant colors (Copper, Gold, Holographic and Silver) and amount to only 8-10 mils!  Compatible with standard lamination techniques, the Couture by Sands^® inlays can also be combined with PVC backings of your color choice to accentuate the initial effect.

Couture by Sands^® fabric materials can be categorized by the following product applications and qualifications:

     a) Secure financial transaction cards meeting applicable standards such as ISO/IEC7810, ISO/IEC7811 and ISO/IEC7813.  Reference Eclipse Laboratories Test Report P-6645, available upon request.
     b)  Non-secure Gift and Phone Cards
